All bracelets come in three sizes
S- 16cm
M- 17cm
L- 18cm

DELIVERY
Shipping is £3.10 to the UK
All bracelets will be dispatched within 7-10 working days and sent 1st Class via Royal Mail.
If you require your jewellery to be sent quicker this can be arranged. Please contact us via email
International shipping- we ship worldwide at a flat rate of £5.99
For EU tracked shipping please allow 10-15 working days from shipment
For ROW please allow 15-20 working days from shipment
NB: Due to the on-going global pandemic international and domestic couriers are currently experiencing delays.
If your order has still not arrived after 20 working days for international orders and 10 working days for UK orders then please get in touch at support@sobellajewellery.co.uk
RETURNS
We really hope you love your jewellery. If however, you are unhappy then we accept returns within 14 days of receiving it. To return an item please contact us first, and then ship the item back, keeping your proof of postage.
Please note: customer must pay for return shipping costs unless there is a fault with the product.
TAKING CARE OF YOUR JEWELLERY
Our jewellery is made using high quality products and certainly come with some degree of durability. However, it is important to remember they are not indestructible.
Please roll the bracelets on and off your wrist to avoid stretching the elastic.
Avoid wearing them when showering or swimming, as the chlorine in the water can damage the materials.
Even the toughest beads are susceptible to chipping or cracking if subjected to a hard enough blow so please remember to be careful.
WHAT IS GOLD FILLED?
Gold filled jewellery has 100x more gold compared with gold plated jewellery. This means it can last years and years. It will not tarnish or flake if it is looked after properly.
PERSONALISATION
Your bracelet can be personalised however you like. Please make sure you are very specific if you require a unique design.
